Wandera is a privately held company that develops the SaaS mobile threat defense solution for businesses through its app and mobile gateway products, helping protect corporate devices and the data within.
The company was successfully acquired by the American company Jamf in 2021.

I took over a full stack team in 2019 that was not in the best shape and had many serious issues. The team was unable to handle pressure from product managers, priorities changed frequently, code had a large technical debt, and team members were demotivated.
After a year of working together, the team was in good shape, we managed to drastically improve the quality of the product (from 98% of crashing builds to 6%), and we set up a functional process between the product manager and the team, and we significantly reduced the technical debt. Satisfaction in the team has increased significantly and the team’s productivity increased.
The team became a fully self-organizing team.
